3. Where do you see yourself in next five years?

This question is asked just to check how much career oriented you are. What you want to achieve in your life. Just show them that you really want to grow in your career and five years is very long time period to stay at one position.

4. Tell me about your greatest strengths?

This question seems easy and you must list many of your strengths but don’t be over-confident. Describe your ability that makes you perfect candidate for the job profile. 5. What would you say your biggest weaknesses are?

This is a trap. This is little bit tricky as if you would say the real weakness then this might show some negative impact on your interview. If you really tell them your real weakness then you may get an ‘A’ grade for honesty but not good enough grade to get the job.
You can’t say there is no weakness as this will make you liar and often show you that you don’t even know about yourself. So, you must answer this question in such a way that your weakness seems to be your strength. You should explain how you come to know your weakness and how you are working to improve it. This will show that you are willing to learn and striving to get better. 6. Tell about any challenging situation that might encounter at work and how you handled it?

The interviewer wants to know how you manage the things when things gets challenging over time. You must tell how you dealt with that situation professionally and what you have learned from it. You can show yourself positive and confident side like how you solve the problem logically and how you keep yourself calm in every situation.

7. What do you know about our company?

Do prepare for this question. Companies are interested to hire candidates who are willing to work for them and know about them. Tell about company’s brand, founder, CEO, mission, products, domains, services or anything else you know about the company.
Before facing any interview, you must first research about the company profile and reviews about that company. This will give you complete idea of why you should join that company and what would be your progress path.

8. Why should we hire you?

Don’t ever say that you need a job. Show them that you are actually excited for this particular job and how the past achievement and knowledge makes you right candidate for the job. Don’t show yourself cocky, just be confident.

9. Why did you leave your last job?

You must answer this in such a way that will show this upcoming job as the wonderful opportunity that you don’t want to miss. You must not lie in any job interview. Highlight the positive reasons that why you are looking for new position. You must not talk something negative about previous job profile or company. Try to ignore negative reasons if you have any one of them.

10. Do you have any questions for me?

This is one of the best ways to take the control of the interview in your hands. You can ask them smart questions that will demonstrate that you have some knowledge about this industry and you have know how you are going to contribute in the upcoming time.
